what's sad is I had NO alcohol or mind altering substances, and i didn't loose a bet, was helping friends move a week after halloween and she had he costume near top, so I put it on and let her put my hair in a bun with flower pins while we waited for her b/f to return with more, then i went to the store.................

So there are a few of us who are planning a coup at DC. I'm thinking that in addition to the collars and leashes, perhaps we should consider dressing up our favourite 'pets' in pretty dresses.

Con's got enough traffic-control issues without adding more...plus there's cops directing traffic and such out on the street, and there's a chance they'd take issue with it.
