so my family is weird. my sister was recently taking care of our youngest cousins for a weekend. these three are 10, 7, and 3. the whle time the ten year old was glued to the game systems. the 3 year old was glued to her leg. and the 7 year old played with my soon-to-be 6 year old nephew.
when left to play for a little while they did what kids do. angie found them kissing each other, and apparently trying to do a hugging dance with their clothes on. she separates them and james stays with us for the rest of the weekend. while separated, we ask both about it, just to determine their thinking on it. he claims it was her idea and she said he didn't like her if they didn't play doctor. she says her mommy told her thats how you play with boys.
ok fine. kids are kids, they were curious. we tried explaining to them its not appropriate as much as we can without trying to make them feel its bad. so in the end, when their mom picks them up, angie explains to her what happened.
i was there at the pick up. she laughed it off as kids are kids too. only now apparently my sister has received notice from a lawyer that she's being charged with abuse and molestation upon my cousin through my nephew.
i'm shocked appalled and entirely angered. their mother is using this as her "excuse" for refusing to return her children to my uncle at the appointed time by court order. shes not to have them but one week a month, supervised by her mother. shes a supposedly "recovering" meth addict. more often then not we hear of these visits to mommy being filled with only two hours of visiting with mom. while the rest shes out partying her ass off. her oldest son has said outright that they don't want to go to mom for these times because she hurts them, her boyfriends hurt them and "nana doesn't care"
my uncle is constantly going to court over this. we've all heard the claims these kids make about not wanting to see mommy. the 3 year old screams and hide if you even say the words "mommy's on the phone"
and now shes using an innocent curiousity to spread her hate and evil.
i want to choke her.
sorry had to rant.

Did I mention or imply anything other than things which are completely legal? To do that on any recordable media would be completely foolish.

I certainly sympathize with the children and hope that they are remanded to the custody of someone who can properly care for them. Wishing death on the mom is a bit much and really serves no purpose. Far better that she live with the realization that she was a shitty parent and won't ever be in her kids lives ever again. The best revenge is having those kids grow up to be sound and successful adults and hit all those important "growing up" milestones without her being around to make a mess of it all.

But more importantly, *hugs leffy* you can always vent and scheme hypothetical plots with us. And heres one hypothetical, but you will need a nail file, a video camera, some sexy underwear and a yak...

Easy enough to intervene...
If the eldest is making acusations she is hurting them. And is a Recovering meth user. Contact social services.
The kids are caught in Mom's battle to hurt Dad. Or simply have Dad goto her house with the local law enforcement to get the kids. If her time with the kids is limited and he has the court order stating that, she is comitting kid napping.
Sure he is probably trying to play nice, however she isn't and it better to do things with viable witnesses, then try to take matters into the hands of the dark side.

she says her mommy told her thats how you play with boys.
If I'm reading this right, 'her mommy' in this case is the one causing trouble?
This would imply that said 7-y.o. has seen mommy playing with boys - at 7, you're not totally unaware of what's going on around you. That's worrying...

Bloody hell, I don't like this one bit.
ok, I know that Social Services can be a useless lot at times, but keep contacting them. Constantly. Soon they'll HAVE to do something about it.
Those poor kids, I hope things get sorted.

Garfalk.. I'll say this ONCE...
You HAVE to differentiate about fantasy and reality. The subject here is child abuse. There is a real person invovled. SINCE there is a real person involved, the police tend to look upon things like..
I dunno..
um..
DEATH THREATS
As a criminal act and react to it that way.
When dealing with a real life situation, you can hurt someone by saying something like this. If something happens, and some jackass DA finds this log, anyone who posted, or even had access to it can be labled as "Involved in a discussion about murder."
I know some wild wild shit is posted every *@!#$ing day.
I know people say ten TIMES worse shit over at Disney.com or WHEREVER.
But it is HERE. We know Leffy. We LIKE Leffy. Please don't add to her problems. As much as I'd love to physically intervene with the subject of child abuse, it's not going to do a DAMN bit of good to threaten, fantasize or even just TALK about doing illegal things to this idiot. It might just hurt tho.
I know...
I'm HARDLY the picture of restraint and decorum. But you asked, that's the deal.

John Belushi's death.
thats all im gonna say.
quick easy, hard to trace.
From Wikipedia:
Belushi was known for his drug usage, and it eventually cost him his life. On March 5, 1982 Belushi, age 33, was found at his room at Bungalow #3 of the Chateau Marmont on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. The cause of death was a speedball, an injection of cocaine and heroin. On the night of his death, he was accompanied by friends Robin Williams and Robert De Niro (at the height of their own drug exploits),[7] who later left the premises, leaving Belushi in the company of Cathy Smith. His death was investigated by forensic pathologist Dr. Ryan Norris among others, and while the findings were disputed, it was officially ruled a drug-related accident.
The case was reopened two months later, when Smith, a former groupie for The Band and an ex-girlfriend of Gordon Lightfoot,[8] admitted in an interview with the National Enquirer that she had been with Belushi the night of his death and had given him the fatal speedball shot. After the appearance of the article "I Killed Belushi" in the Enquirer edition of June 29, 1982, the case was reopened. Smith was extradited from Toronto, arrested and charged with first-degree murder. A plea bargain arrangement reduced the charges to involuntary manslaughter, and she served 18 months in prison.
