As another 1st time A-Kon attendee I would also like to say that the brain bleach was in short supply. Thankfully there were plenty of others to keep me occupied on my people watching. 1st time meeting Jenny and she managed to not go completely nuts while I fanboyed out for a moment :) Good con overall and can recomend it to others out there. Oh ask Jenny and the Two Lumps crew about the Goth Club :)

yes, yes they were. i was either blind enough or lucky enough not to see too many things that required the mind beach :P. now...would i go again? most likely, but next time i go to a con, i get the schedule with all times of stuffs and whatnot, missed a few things saturday because of that :P
