Heisman Trophy Winner and NBA basketball coach Charlie Ward Jr. He was actually two years ahead of me in high school and I had his dad as my history teacher. Turned down a chance at being an NFL quarterback to play pro basketball for the New York Knicks. He is now an assistant coach for the Houston Rockets.

I don't know anyone from my class that has gone on to do anything noteworthy... though I think I'm the only one to go to war. One out of 80 isn't bad I guess.

Considering that I attended 4 different high schools for the 2 years I was IN high school, chances are decent that someone at least moderately famous attended at least one of them. But I don't know who it would be.

Lets see I went to an Ag school... That's Agriculture...
So I seriously doubt anyone would be famous unless it was for finding new and improved ways to :censored: sheep

I was a geek even back then:shhh: The school had a strong science curriculum, because well everyone knows that everything is made better by chemistry. And biology is definitely good for agriculture... I stuck with the sciences. Slept through trig and calc, had 2 years chemistry, and a year of geology. Also had 2 years drafting.
Then joined the navy and went into the nuclear program... So yea I have a strong science background... Ended up in computers...
But that doens't include the life experience of growing up in the bar restaurant business, working on cousins dairy farm, working for grandfather in his excavation business, and winding up a plumber/fire fighter in the navy.
No national leaders in the FFA or 4H?
wouldn't know... the only 4H/FFA classes I took were my freshman year and that was because I transfered into the school from out of state and couldn't get into the good filler classes like art. So I learned how to grow plants/ and arrange flowers, and take care of small animals and horses.

I dare you translate all of that into game stats and then present it to your GM. :p

Already did... Had to actually come up with new skills because paladium didn't have them in any of there various games or rifts books.
We were playing a rifts campaign based off us. as if a rift had just opened up to our reality.
we had to come up with a jury rig skill, seeing as me and another guy had a mechanical background, and I know for a fact a penny can hold upto 3500 PSI.
Yep I used one as a gasket. drilled a hole through the fucker held it to a belt sander to make it smooth and used it to fix a High pressure air compressor.
Also came up with a weapon skill for improvised weapons. Because well I know how to use a monkey wrench for more then just tightening piping:al:
The GM was about to call bullshit on a bunch of the skills til another friend reminded him of the various conversations we've had that I mentioned the various different things I've done over the years. And the odd bits of knowledge I have. Basically in Rifts I fall fairly well into the Rogue Scientist Class mainly because I'm to well rounded for the Field Tech class.

Hmm, let's see, my high school (also known as Colleges here, hence it being named Mangere College) produced a couple R&B musicians that do alright over here, few local artists, at least one All Black, and a guy with a decent bit part in a couple Star Wars movies.

This is not my HS but I thought it would be fun to share. In the district that I am currently working is Milan HS. In 1954 they won the Indiana State Championship for basketball. In 1986 there was a movie about them called Hoosiers.

Me, dammit!
No, seriously...
Ehhh... there were a few in my school.... nothing really huge though.
DB Woodside: Best known as the President's brother, Wayne, on the TV show "24".
Pepper Burruss: Head trainer for the Green Bay Packers.
John Regan: Bassist with Peter Frampton, formerly with Ace Frehley, Steven Stills, Cyndi Lauper, John Philips, David Lee Roth, Rolling Stones (Dirty Work - 1986), and a music industry producer.
Mary Chriss Wall: Actress best known as Ellen Talbot on the television show, Wishbone (TV series).
Tawana Brawley.... not gonna go there.
I coulda sworn that I went to high school with some kid who killed folks. I dunno why my brain keeps coming up with McVeigh, cause he was too old... but I can't remember the kids name... my googling skills are weak too, it seems.
