Comic-Con (http://www.comic-con.org/cci) in San Diego is coming up for all of you who might have plans. Wireheads (http://www.wire-heads.com/istrip) will be there in the Small Press Pavilion (Okay, fancy name for a space on the floor in the back), at table S-13 against the back wall all 5 days! No, I was asking if you happened to end up by the LEGO booth ... would you pick up the comic-con exclusive swag for me? :-)

Oh. Sure, what're you lookin' for? Could be a problem for me, though, since I will be in MY booth during the swag night on Wednesday. Perhaps, if I have a slave Princess somewhere near by...:dgrin:

Whatever they're giving out this year. :-)
LEGO is being hush-hush ... but the rumour mill says it's got one of the new unreleased bionicle sets AND a promo disc of the new movie.

Jak - the idea of what you would concoct together with Lego is the stuff of nightmares.

Digi was laughing about one of our friends ( her current roomie ) whining about stepping on a bionicle piece while she was looking after our cats.
Voltaire asked, "Was it Gali or Pohatu?"
I love Voltaire for being as big a geek as I am.

I remember Bionicles as toys and all of a sudden they were huge, where did they come from?

They are a line of lego's offshoot "TECHNIC". During the first run, they had heavy polynesian influences. To the point of getting into trouble from the maori for the first name lego had for the smaller sets. (- The matora were originally called Tohunga. -)
I've been an avid collector from the start. Due to financial obligations, I've missed some pieces of the various series ... hell, have missed entire runs for awhile. but I try to pick them up as I can. (- *hint hint* anyone have a set of the Mana? ( the remote control crab monsters from the first series ) -)

Edward of Edward Scirssorhands with ... Harmony of BtVS?
Jennie's so obviously checking out that guy's jawline in close-up. Now we know she does it, it's easy to see.
The chocolate candyfloss darker of the two booth babes looks rather tempting.
That Wren ... isn't, by any chance, our Wren (http://www.altvampyres.net/channel/denizens/wren.html), is she?

Negative. That's Wren, Milholland's girlfriend.
