Anyone else think Happygoth ( comic version not forums version ) working on Sesame street designs is about as hilariously scary as the fact that I used to run the Pokemon League at the toy store I worked at during the day. (*)
(*) Damn i wish I had the energy I had just a few short years ago. As late as 2002 My schedule used to be, Full time job at Toys R Us, Full time college schedule AND working until 5am at least 3-5 nights a week at one or more of the clubs I did security at in Buffalo.
Now I'm knackered after a ten hour shift at the casino.

Well, congrats to Happygoth (as opposed to our own Happy Goth) for landing a job doing that. Now, I have to wonder if she's doing work for Sesame Workshop (formerly the Children's Television Workshop) itself or is she designing product for one of the licensees? Either way, that's a damned cool job to have. :)
I always had problems balancing college, a job, and a social life. One of the three tended to suffer. On a couple of occasions, one of the three had to be ditched entirely to focus on improving the other two. I also tried the 10 hour-a-day thing with the Honda dealership back in 2005. I lasted three months.

That's some demented shit right there. It reminds me of the evil things the stockroom staff used to do back when I was at FAO Schwarz in Chicago.

Should I be concerned that I found it outright hilarious and not disturbing? I was laughing hard.
...and I'm not even drunk.

I laughed my ass off too, but I might not be the best standard for normal.

First off, strange people should always work on children's stuff. It keeps the children from being turned into total mundanes.
Second off- worked FAO Tysons (and got out just before the chain crashed) and a Pokemon League (and stopped just before the store I ran IT at crashed)...and think hordes of toy-or-card crazy children are the best exercise plan in the universe.

Well Snuffy was still on it when I watched it and Elmo had his own segment but didnt show up for most of the main part of the show. Of course I stopped watching before the Cookie Monster got health concious so maybe plenty has changed.

Only people with Kids, or service jobs (If I had to watch ONE more episode of %#$#ing BARNEY....) even SEE SS anymore. The only thing they have to go on is the press release CW let out to get some of the heat off of them.
