Hmm.... other go-to-sleep methods? I find the best option is usually reading something B-O-R-I-N-G; I know its time to turn out the lights when the book falls out of my hands. I'm a nighthawk and generally sleep deprived from trying to get up for work, so I rarely have trouble getting to sleep unless I've been driving all evening (i.e. jacked to the gills on caffeine).

Had much more trouble at yer age though... probably took a good hour to fall asleep on average, although was rarely prone to staying up that late.

Another thing that sometimes helps is to keep the lights dim for an hour or two before you want to sleep. If your eye will stand it, dim lights + reading are a good combo.
