Server Issues

We've had a little server downtime due to an unforseen event - someone linked a thread on the customerssuck's forum on Reddit.com. We think we've seen the worst of it off, so apologies for any problems seen.

We have a tale on there (Vinegar Boy) that came on before I came to the site. It hit the front page of Fark today, hence the server going down again. GBM is one of the CS admins, and he specialises in keeping the server running. He's worked his magic and sent refers from those sites to caching sites, so this shouldn't happen again.

I'm going to have to ask GBM, the chap who has technical knowledge coming out of parts he doesn't know about, about this.

Server was down briefly late last night (Eastern Standard Time). I think the corresponding time was 5:06 a.m. for Rapscallion, going by the time-date stamp for when he received my notice.
