Well, I am finally over the hump. Kinda a pain. Is it me or does this system run slower than the other one.
Post your thoughts on the move and whatnot.

Seems to run fast enough for me. But the old board seemed alright too.
Only thing I find a little annoying is having no link at the bottom of the page to go back to forum from thread. Have to scroll back to top. but barring that, think this is rather ace!

I Just hit the home button on the keyboard, scrolls the screen back up to the top
It's just all that effort of remembering and then taking my hand off the mouse. :p

I like the new features, but the posts seem a bit cluttered. It would be nice if the post was to the right of the avatar and name, not under it.

Not sure I could alter that, LJ. I'll have to see, but it's like this in the two other forums I run that have skins on them.

Yea I believe this is how Vbulletin handles it. I was on another board a long while back and it used vbulletin, and this is how it did it. This version does have a nice feature in the options to modify how the site looks to you.
It has a text only feature for PDA/ web appliance browsing and some other scaled done to increase speed. though I can't find it again now that I'm looking for it:d/:

Actually, you can change it. My Home Page runs vB 3.6.7 , and the Avvy, etc. is on the side of the post, not above it. It may require some scripting though. Raps, I'll PM you the new eMail for the Main Mod at my site so you can ask how to do it.
