Well, Johnny 5 can talk, and with R2D2, you'd need C3PO to translate and then you'd have to put up with all of his snarkiness all the time. Accept that he'd make a great butler type. Meh, it's a tossup.

Regardless, would be pretty cool. Though personally, I'd rather take the money and see what they can do with the technology advancements since, even if the results don't look quite the same.

His explanation for getting rid of the weapon was cause it was a weapon. Am pretty sure it was an umbrella, in at least 3, anyway.

May have changed again, by recall the scene in Short Circut 2 where 'shot' a taxi cab and drug it back, wheels smokeing, to where his friend were standing. Pops open the door, and looks at the cab driver. 'Thank you for stopping'

This seller's stuff is way too expensive for my tastes. Cool stuff but asking too much money for ... well, everything.

Fanasizes about having a remote-control Johnny Five chase my cats around the house. Just 'cause I think it would be funny to watch.

I remember that scene, I was laughing my 12 year old head off when I saw it.
