I browsed this section and did a search on the forum but didn't find any mention of the webcomic Sinfest. It is one of my favorite webcomics (obviously The Devil's Panties is another) so I figured that I would mention it.
I feel as though I should have some witty summarization of it...but I'm really bad at it...

Hey, it's great - or so I thought for a long time. It's the Calvin and Hobbes set, adapted into Calvin aged 17 and Hobbes, well, completely exchanged for a red hot damsel of the same age but of Hobbes height. And this him-hot-on-her, she-just-teasing-him-but-not-really-interested carousel goes on and on eternally. They are just teens, really, but after a couple of hundred comics I was banging my head on the wall waiting for someone to do Something fer chrissakes! Kiss! Bang! Get someone else! Introduce a new character! ANYTHING! Gah!
There is another part of Sinfest that is interesting on a different level; the religious bit. You have physical representations of God (a hand puppet, very appropriate), Jahve on his cloud, Jesus, a chinese dragon god, and naturally the sleek and sexy Devil. I'm not going into how these relate to each other and a few of the character here, but overall these guys add a lot of moral questions into the story.
Which is the problem for me, beyond the unsolved relation thing - the underlying morality. I can apparently endure even a gentle and humorous lecture in morale for only so long.

On the plus side, it's a fun strip and the drawing style is pretty!

The dog and cat episodes are pretty funny. Personally I think they are the best part of the strip. The theology portion of the strip is a bit of a dichotomy to me. On one hand Tat seems to reject God and make fun of him, but then he posts strips like this one and I'm left scratching my head what he really thinks. He's mostly irreverant about the issue, which I can deal with. Despite the Calvin and Hobbes influence in the main two characters, I enjoy the interplay between them. It did seem that he was going to finally bring them together, but just can't quite let himself do it.

I am a big fan of sinfest, Tats art style is really enjoyable and his characters have really grown on me over time. I check the webpage atleast once a day along with the devils panties.
