Ok so the very wonderful and talented Karen Ellis of the equally wonderful webcomic Planet Karen once said in one of her strips that one of the ways she judged people was by the quality of the books in their bathroom. i thought this was quite funny so decided to check what i had in mine.
As of the day before my landlady came round and i had to move them back into my room.
Brian Jaques - Salamandastron
The Bellmaker
Micheal Palin - Full Circle
White Wolf - Vampire the Masquerade - Guide to the Sabbat
Werewolf - Players Guide
Mage - Book of Chantries
Exalted - The Autothonians
Wraith - The Book of Legions
William King - Skaven Slayer
Conan RPG - Across Thunder River source book
Nicky Hornby - Fever Pitch
So, what've you got in yours?

A Star Wars Book, a Strange Matter Book, a trashy romance novel, and the entirety of the "Day of Honor" Star Trek series.

Usually it's whatever I'm reading, EXCEPT cookbooks or anything else that might come near the kitchen.
Currently "A Random Walk Down Wall Street".

one toilet has funny cat picture books, the other has popular science mags.
Used to have maxim.... but they've gone down hill 1.1 page of add per page of magazine and they recycle articles.
Also used to have Newtype too but well how many articles can you read about full metal alchemist in one year. Ok its a decent anime, but shit their is like 80 bajillion other anime out there between new and classic.

Typically whatever role-playing game book I happen to grab on my way, although if I'm taking a bath, the sketchbook and a pencil are usually not far behind.
*No, Leffy. I won't draw THAT! :p*

Usually whatever I leave in there from my random wander-reading tendencies. A Cathy collection is still in there, I think, as well as an "Idiots Guide to Graphic Novels"
The occasional CosmoGIRL is there once in a while.

truthfully, i have nothing in there. i take a book in as i was reading it before, then bring it back out to continue.
and mostly now, i don't take a book in, its the laptop that i do.

A man once took a very famous photograph
Went in books and even lectures
Said it was a monster in the old Loch Ness
Before he died, his wife gave him a backrub
He confessed his lie, he took the picture in the bathtub
Ha-ha, he's outlived by that thing and stupid things like that
:D

I haven't gamed regularly in many years, to be honest.
I had a list over on the old message board, but to keep it short--
Mecha-based RPGs (especially Heavy Gear)
Modern horror (Call of Cthulhu, Nightbane, All Flesh Must Be Eaten)
Sci-Fi Games (D6-based Star Wars, Systems Failure)
Superheroes (Mutants & Masterminds)
Fantasy (Dungeons & Dragons, Palladium Fantasy)

I don't leave any books in my bathroom. If I take something in it is usually a magazine or a comic book.

i leave books in there cause typically when i'm leaving the bathroom i don't have time to get my pants up entirely before having t run out and salvage the house from the muchkins clutches. i swear if i leave her alone with my mom too long i'll find my mom laughingly tied up while harli lights the kindling at her feet in a game of cowboys and indians.

I often have that appearance... after two days... my facial hair grows so slow, such is my curse.

I don't shave one day and I'm down right scruffy looking. After 3 days I have a recognizable beard.

It takes not shaving for about a week for me to get that 5 o'clock shadow look.

End of the day, I have a shadow. End of the week, is a proper beard, though have never let it go for very long.

eh I shave every other day...how long my facial hair gets depends on how hot it is and a number of other factors...
Somedays after 3 days its marginal stuble, some times its damn near an 1/8 inch after 1 day

I had to shave by noon, whilst in the Marines. If I used an old razor in the morning, they'd send me BACK!

oh, Al's military too, that's why we're both broken in the head.
But yeah, I forgot to shave for two days (drinking mid-week :dgrin: ) before an in-ranks inspection (thankfully after lunch). The platoon sergeant looked at me from a foot away and said "You got some five-o'clock growing early, you might want to shave mid-day" and moved on down the line.
